It's approaching that time of year when most of us start assessing the year behind us and setting new goals for the year ahead.

Financial goals. Health goals. Relationship goals. We really put our lives under a microscope!

WE WANT TO HELP YOU SUCCEED!

If you have goals for your family, fitness, or education, we believe you should have goals for your real estate future, too.

(For the record, some of you accomplished your goals this year, which we think is very cool.)

Take a look at these three questions and allow us to help you create a plan for making your dreams a reality.

1. Step on the scale - do you know what your home is worth?

Let’s be honest. Many of us don’t step on the scale because we know the number will be bad and we have enough to worry about in life without thinking about our weight.

Perhaps you occasionally step on a scale, but your scale is only accurate ± 15%? Would you trust it? We’ve written about that problem before in the real estate world, and want to make sure you can make your financial decisions based on up-to-date, accurate information.

2. Are you in good shape - what is your purchase power?

Depending on how long you’ve been involved in buying/selling real estate, you likely think the current 5% interest rates are either really low or really high.

Credit scores, income, debt, job history and more all factor into a person’s “purchase power.”

If change is on the horizon for you, knowing what kind of home $2,000, $3,000, or $4,000 per month can get you is good info to have.

To make the best decision possible in 2019, we suggest doing a “purchase power” assessment with a trusted mortgage banker

3. Identify your bullseye - what are your real estate goals for the year ahead?

Someone smart once said, “If you aim for nothing, you’ll hit it every time.”

Whether you're interested in buying your first home or acquiring or liquidating investment property, let’s begin that conversation now.

Together, let’s make 2019 our healthiest and most profitable year yet!!!!
